All Flip Factory Memberships have an initial Six Month Commitment. All potential members must fill out the Flip Factory Zone Membership Agreement in order to purchase a membership with us.
This commitment starts from the date of registration of your membership. Monthly memberships will continue to be billed every month unless the member cancels membership within 15 days of the next billing cycle by emailing management@flipfactoryzone.com after completing the initial six-month commitment.
Each membership holder must adhere to Flip Factory Zone’s park rules, procedures, instructions, and policies.
Each member must have a proper photo and valid signed waiver on file with Flip Factory Zone.
At this time members will need to update their picture on file at Flip Factory Zone every six months. Further identification may be required. Waivers must be updated once per calendar year. Monthly Memberships are nonrefundable, nontransferable and remain the property of the Park. Restrictions apply including, but not limited to, capacity restrictions and other closures. Monthly Memberships do not guarantee admission, especially during peak times.
Due to Birthday parties and group events being considered privately booked events, Memberships may not be used to gain admission to attend those.
Each member assumes any and all inherent risks associated with the use and operations of all attractions and trampolines. Please be advised due to renovations, upkeep, maintenance, etc the attractions, trampolines, operating hours, or services may change or otherwise be discontinued without liability or notice.
Flip Factory Zone is not responsible for lost or stolen items from the park. Flip Factory Zone reserves the right to suspend, revoke, or cancel any membership, or deny park entry to any member at any time for any reason.
Should any member fail to adhere to park rules and policies or misuse their membership, Flip Factory Zone will terminate or suspend membership immediately without a refund.
Membership FAQ
How quickly does my membership become activated after I sign up?
Once you complete your purchase and registration your membership is active.
Is there a processing fee on every payment or just the first payment?
There is a .75 processing fee on every credit card transaction at Flip Factory Zone. This would affect each payment.
What are the Blockout Dates on Membership Passes?
The blockout dates are Saturday and Sunday after 12pm.
Does each Family Member need one?
Yes. Each member of your family that plans on participating on attractions will need their own pass.
How many times can I use it?
You can use your pass any day that is not a blackout date or time for 2 hours a day.
Can I use my membership to participate in a Birthday party?
No. Birthday Parties are considered privately booked events.
Do I need a waiver?
Yes. Part of your registration is filling out a waiver.
When do memberships expire?
Upon registration there is a 6 month commitment. After 6 months you may cancel at anytime with a 15 day notice. If it’s not cancelled your pass will automatically be billed each month until you cancel.
When will I be billed for my membership?
You will be billed every month on the same date you signed up.
Can I use cash to pay for my membership?
Monthly Memberships require a valid debit or credit card. Cash nor apply/android payments are not accepted for this program.
How do I cancel my membership? Is it hard?
Absolutely not! Just email us at management@flipfactoryzone.com within 15 days of your billing date. Let us know your name, membership ID, and a good phone number to reach you at so we can confirm your cancellation. There’s no cancellation fee.
Can I transfer my membership to someone else?
No. Memberships are non-transferable and may not be shared with anyone else.
Can I downgrade my membership?
At this time, memberships can not be downgraded.
Can I freeze my membership?
Life Happens, Things come up. After your initial commitment you may cancel your membership at any time. You can sign up again as many times as you’d like when you’re ready again.
Is there an age requirement for membership?
Guests of all ages are welcome to sign up! Each guest over 11 months will require their own membership.
What happens if I loose my membership card?
Each replacement card is $5.00. Your physical membership card is required at the time of admission.
Are lockers included in my membership?
At this time they are not included. You may still rent one during your visit to Flip Factory Zone.
